He had also held position as Business Development Consultant at TSL Holdings responsible consulting its group businesses and identifies key partners and opportunities in this region for expansion. Malike Bouaoud, CISO, Cyber Security Expert
Malike is a recognized cyber security professional with more than 20 years of professional international experience who held key strategic positions in diverse organizations and territories across Europe and the Middle-East mainly.
Key projects and programs that he achieved are still making strides in their domains such as the national PKI of Luxembourg in 2006-2007 (LuxTrust.lu) or more recently the autonomous drone delivery project that he developed while setting up the innovation lab at the Ministry of Transport and Communications in Qatar. This project highlighted a key innovation when it comes to developing a secure drone platform for real-time regulations of the airspace, or how cyber security can enable an entire domain and solve challenges. Other key achievement has been while leading the information security risk management at Syngenta in Switzerland from 2012 to 2014, Malike has developed the entire Cyber Security program from scratch for all the industrial sites of the organization (more than 80 around the world) and managed the information security and data privacy program across the 93 countries of the organization.
He also demonstrated key strategic skills in his approach to designing the National Cyber Security Strategy of Qatar from 2014 as advisor to the Minister of ICT. Malike has also authored and co-authored some national policies such as the National Information Assurance Policies and Framework of Qatar (NIAF) as well as regulations (Qatar Central Bank Banking Supervision Rules: technology risks rule, QCB Exchange Houses Security Standards) and laws such as the Qatar Information Privacy and Protection law, CIIP regulation, National Cryptography policy, e-commerce and digital signature law and the Cyber Crime law (between 2009 to 2016).

Most part of Bob’s career is in the automotive sector, where he has spent time in Singapore, China and Thailand, representing a wide range of car brands in these markets covering the full spectrum of activities in automotive distribution and retail.
