Aquaculture and Vertical farming

IBN & IE (Singapore Authority) lead delegation from Yogyakarta, Indonesia to visit:

• Fish & shrimp farms
• Vertical agriculture farming in Singapore

Aside IBN was also invited to visit the delegation at Yogyakarta, Indonesia to conduct business feasibility study for its client.

Deliverables includes:

• Meet key stakeholders to gather the required information for the study
• Meet relevant officials to ascertain level of support of the project
• To identify both the strengths and weaknesses associated with the proposed project
• To determine if the limitations warrant disqualification of the proposed project from further consideration
• To perform a (SWOT) assessment to assist us in this determination
